We print our T-shirts in-house! We also design our T-shirts in-house! Using the latest printing technology (DTF Transfers) and the latest pressing methods and of course, careful selection of whom manufactures our T-Shirts means awesome quality and T-Shirts that are built to last. This also allows us to offer more features such as neck ribbing, side seams, and double needle hems for durability and minimal shrinkage. This also means better comfort and fit. Our T-Shirts are crafted from 100% cotton (except for the Grey Marle Tee as it adds a product to get the marbled look) and are pre shrunk to size, to minimise any further shrinking.

We understand people love their T-Shirts and have different styles they like so we have done the work to offer you multiple choices of T-Shirts from thinner quality summer T-Shirts to heavier winter and more formal T-Shirts. We also offer over 10 colours on our T-Shirts currently and aim to add more as we go along. With all this extra work you know you are getting a quality T-Shirt that you will love and will definitely last a long time! We also offer design services and with 30 years in the design industry we can basically reproduce anything on a T-Shirt.

What is DTF printing?

Direct to Film (DTF) printing is a recently developed new heat transfer printing technology in the garment and textile printing industry. It involves printing custom designs or images directly onto a specialized film, which is then transferred onto the fabric or surface using a heat press.

One of the main benefits of DTF printing is its versatility. The colour printing on DTF transfer film can be transferred on to a wide range of materials, including cotton, polyester, blends, canvas, leather, and more. The adhesive powder used in DTF printing is designed to bond with the surface of the material, creating a durable and long-lasting image that won’t crack or peel over time. DTF printing offers a flexible and customizable option for printing on different materials, making it a popular choice for customizing clothing, T-shirt, tote bags, hats, workwear, uniforms and other products.

DTF printing has made significant progress in recent years, with improvements in ink formulation and printing technology resulting in higher quality prints with greater durability. We have recently upgraded our printer for more volume and now own a huge DTF printer – one of the largest in NZ and can rapidly produce 1000 prints a day, meaning faster turnarounds. We also offer high-quality, vibrant printing as the additional color options allow for finer details and smoother gradients, resulting in a more realistic and vivid print. The color gamut is also increased, allowing for a wider range of colors to be reproduced with accuracy.

Our DTF printing process allows for high-resolution printing up to 2880 dpi, resulting in sharp and detailed images. This level of detail is especially important for designs with intricate patterns or small text which will be transferred on to T shirt or uniforms etc.
